- 5 Tbsps cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp Agave syrup
- 150 grams soy Whipped cream
- cocoa powder (for dusting)
- Chocolate (to sprinkle)

Preparation steps
1.
Halve and pit avocados and remove pulp from skin. Mix cocoa powder with avocado pulp and sweeten with agave syrup to taste. Beat soy cream and fold into mousse. Place mousse in bowls and sprinkle with cocoa powder and grated chocolate.
