- 5 Tbsps cocoa powder (approximately 50 g)
- 1 Tbsp Agave syrup

Preparation steps

Halve avocados, remove the pits, and transfer the flesh to a blender.

Add the cocoa powder and agave syrup and blend until smooth.
3.
Spoon the mousse into 4 dessert glasses, cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
