2 green Bell pepper
750 grams Celery

2 Tbsps sesame oil
1 garlic clove
1 tsp Dayong (Chinese spice mix)
4 Tbsps soy sauce
1 generous pinch sugar
1 bunch cilantro
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

Rinse the bell peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs, and cut into strips. Peel, halve and thinly slice the onion. Rinse the celery and drain. Cut the thick celery stalks in half lengthwise and cut all the celery stalks in long pieces. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Rinse the cilantro, shake dry, pluck the leaves and chop.

Heat sesame oil in a wok and saute the garlic and sesame seeds in it briefly. Add the celery pieces and fry for 2-3 minutes while stirring vigorously. Add the bell peppers and onion, and fry with stirring for 2 minutes. Stir in the sugar, soy sauce and dayong, and season with salt and pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of water and stir in the cilantro in the end.
