- 2 Oranges (juice and zest)
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 2 Tbsps Orange liqueur
- 14 ozs sliceable Goat cheese
- White pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 sprigs mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and trim the strawberries. Puree with the fruit juices, the zests, the honey, and liqueur in a blender. Divide into bowls. Drain the cheese well, cut into slices, and place on top of the soup.

Season with pepper and serve garnished with mint.
