14 ounces sliceable Goat cheese
White pepper (freshly ground)
4 sprigs mint (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the strawberries. Puree with the fruit juices, the zests, the honey, and liqueur in a blender. Divide into bowls. Drain the cheese well, cut into slices, and place on top of the soup.
