- 10 red chili peppers
- 1 onion
- 5 cloves garlic cloves
- ⅜ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp salt
- ⅞ cup brown sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the chilli peppers and remove the stem.
2.
Peel the onion and garlic and coarsely chop.
3.
Put the chilli, onion and garlic in a food processor and finely chop.
4.
Put the finely chopped vegetables in a saucepan together with the apple vinegar, salt, sugar and 500 ml/ 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for approximately 30 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5.
Pour into the prepared bottles, close tightly and allow to cool.
