- 250 grams fresh Tagliatelle
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk Leeks
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 ½ liters Chicken broth (from a jar)
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- ¼ tsp Saffron
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps

Rinse the chicken, pat dry and cut into finger-thick strips. Rinse the carrot, peel and cut into sticks. Rinse the leeks, trim and cut into thin rings. Rinse the parsley and finely chop.

Boil the broth with lemon juice and saffron. Add the chicken, vegetables and pasta, boil again and cook for about 12 minutes until the pasta is al dente. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
