- 2 Tbsps Oil
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 red pepper (deseeded and diced)
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 Chicken breasts (skinned and cubed)
- 1 ⅓ cups Broccoli
- 4 cups chicken stock
- ⅔ cup dry white wine
- 4 cups macaroni
- 1 ⅓ cups canned Sweet corn (drained and rinsed)

Preparation

1 Wok, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Lid
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and gently fry the onion and garlic until translucent.
2.
Add the red pepper and cayenne and cook for 3 minutes.
3.
Add the chicken, stir for 2 minutes then add the rest of the ingredients.
4.
Bring to a boil then simmer gently for about 12 minutes or until the pasta is cooked.
5.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
