1 green Pepperoncini
600 grams maturity Tomatoes
2 Red onions
6 Tbsps olive oil
4 Tbsps White vinegar
1 pinch sugar
salt
freshly ground peppers
500 grams Halloumi cheese
olive oil (for brushing)
2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the peperoncini and cut into rings. Rinse tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into wedges. Peel the onions and cut into rings. Mix oil with the vinegar and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Mix in the onions and tomatoes and divide among 4 bowls. Sprinkle with peperoncini.

Cut the cheese into 1.5 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes, brush with oil, sprinkle with the parsley and grill on preheated grill,   turning occasionally, until golden brown, 6-8 minutes.

3.

Arrange on the salads and serve.
