- 1 Lime (finely grated zest and juice)
- 2 Tbsps clear honey
- 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 skinless, boneless Chicken breasts (cut into cubes)

Soak wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes before using, to avoid burning.

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 kleine Non-stick pan, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Small knife, 2 Bowls, 1 Whisk
Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the garlic, lime juice and zest, honey, soy sauce, ginger and oil. Pour the mixture over the cubed chicken in a shallow dish. Cover and leave to marinate for 4 hours.

Heat the grill.

Thread the chicken onto wooden skewers.

Cook under the grill for 7-8 minutes on each side, turning frequently and basting with the marinade from time to time, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and golden brown.
