2 Chicken breasts (each at 140 g)
1 egg
breadcrumbs
salt
freshly ground peppers
vegetable oil (for brushing)
8 slices Bacon
1 handful mixed Lettuce
4 White rolls

Preparation steps

For the barbecue sauce, peel the shallot and garlic and chop finely, Rinse the tomatoes, cut the stems off and dice. Rinse and chop the chili. Sautê the shallots and garlic in hot oil. Add the colorful peppers and tomatoes. Simmer for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and mix with the ketchup and parsley. Season with the vinegar, sugar, salt, and cayenne pepper.

For the burger, rinse the chicken breast, pat dry, and mince. Mix the chicken with the eggs and enough breadcrumbs to form a moldable dough. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into four patties and brush with oil. Grill with the bacon slices on the grill for 6-8 minutes.

Rinse the lettuce, pluck into small pieces and place on the halved buns. Spread the barbecue sauce on the lettuce and place the chicken on top. Top with the bacon and the top of the bun. Serve immediately with extra barbecue sauce.
