- 4 Chicken breasts
- 30 grams ginger
- 1 chili pepper
- salt
- peppers
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 60 milliliters soy sauce
- 250 milliliters Broth
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch

Preparation steps

Rinse and spin dry spinach, chop coarsely, Rinse meat, pat dry and cut into thin slices. Peel ginger and chop finely. Rinse and halve chile pepper, remove seeds and ribs and chop. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken for about 5 minutes. Remove from the pan.

Add ginger, chile pepper and spinach to the pan and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Return chicken to the pan and season with soy sauce, add broth and cornstarch. Bring to a boil and simmer until sauce thickens. Arrange on plates and serve.
