- salt
- freshly ground pepper
- as needed Pastry flour
- 2 eggs (medium)
- 50 grams breadcrumbs
- 50 grams chopped Pistachio
- 6 Tbsps vegetable oil (to fry)

Preparation steps
1.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dust with flour. Whisk eggs in a deep dish and season with salt and pepper. Mix breadcrumbs and pistachios in a second deep dish and season with salt and pepper.

Dip chicken breast fillets first in eggs and then turn in breadcrumb mixture.
3.
Heat oil in a large non-stick pan. Cook chicken breast fillets for about 12 minutes, turning as needed. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
