- 1 small Napa cabbage
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 milliliters Instant chicken broth
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
- 2 Chicken breasts (250g)
- 100 grams Crème fraiche
- sprinkle some lemon juice
- 1 bunch Chives

Preparation steps

Rinse the cabbage and coarsely chop. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and saute the cabbage briefly. Add the broth to the cabbage. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper. Heat the remaining olive oil. Cook the chicken breast fillets for 15 minutes turning occationally.
3.
Stir the crème fraîche into cabbage and season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Rinse the chives, shake dry and cut in small rings. Mix into the cabbage. Cut the chicken breasts into slices and arrange on the cabbage.
