- 200 grams Bocconcini
- 300 grams Cherry tomatoes
- ½ bunch Arugula ( or basil) (about 40 grams)
- 200 milliliters extra-virgin olive oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Transfer the mozzarella balls to a colander and drain. Rinse and pat dry the cherry tomatoes. Rinse the arugula, pat dry, and trim the stems.
2.
Divide the arugula among the jars. Add the mozzarella balls and tomatoes. Fill with oil, cover and let sit overnight in a cool place. Eat within 2 days. Season with salt and pepper just before serving.
