- 500 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- salt
- peppers (White)
- 50 milliliters White balsamic vinegar
- 100 milliliters olive oil
Preparation steps
1.
Place tomatoes in an oiled and laid with rosemary casserole dish and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with remaining oil and vinegar. Let soak for 1 hour. Serve with fresh white bread.
