- 16 ozs Linguine
- salt
- 3 cups cherry Tomatoes (rinsed; trimmed and halved)
- ¾ cup mini Bocconcini (drained and roughly pulled apart)
- 1 clove garlic cloves (peeled and pressed)
- 2 Tbsps good-quality olive oil
- 1 bunch Arugula (rinsed and shaken dry)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in a pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions, until al dente. Drain well, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid.

Heat the oil in a large skillet, add the garlic and saute until fragrant, about 45 seconds. Add the pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and arugula and toss gently. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide between serving plates. Serve.
