Preparation

Kitchen utensils

1 Pot, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Sieve, 1 Lid, 1 Ladle

Preparation steps

1.
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
2.
Wash the cherries and remove the stone. Cut the plums in half and remove the stone. Warm the milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Slowly pour in the semolina, stirring continuously. Bring to the boil again and set aside. Leave to stand for about 20 minutes.
3.
In the meantime separate the eggs. Whisk the egg whites until stiff. Beat the egg yolks and the sugar until creamy and fold into the cooled semolina. Now fold in the egg white and the cream. Pour the mixture into 4 greased gratin dishes. Arrange the plums and cherries over the top and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Cover with aluminium foil if needed. Remove from the oven and leave to cool. Sprinkle icing sugar over the top. Serve warm or cold.
