- 600 grams Cherries (with stem)
- 150 grams Couverture
- 1 tsp Palm oil
- 100 grams Coconut flakes

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the cherries and leave to dry on a paper towel. Melt the palm oil and chocolate.
2.
Let cool slightly. Dip the cherries halfway into the chocolate, then sprinkle the coconut flakes on to stick to the chocolate. put in paper baking cups and let dry. Arrange the cherries on plates as desired and serve with champagne.
