100 grams Pastry flour
100 grams butter
5 eggs

750 grams Quark
150 grams sugar
1 packet vanilla pudding mix
1 lemon, Juiced and zested lemons
500 grams Sweet cherry

Preparation steps

Combine granola with flour, butter or margarine and 1 egg, knead into a smooth pastry and press into a greased springform pan (26 cm in diameter) (approximately 10 inches). Whisk quark with remaining eggs, sugar, custard powder, lemon juice and zest. Rinse cherries and set some aside. Pit the rest and fold into quark mixture. Spread cream onto pastry and smooth. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) (convection oven 180°C, gas mark 5) for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool. Decorate with remaining cherries and serve.
