300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
100 grams Quark
1 tsp lemon juice
1 generous pinch organic lemon zest
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
2 Tbsps Maple syrup (plus more to taste)
fresh Cherries (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Drain the cherries and collect the juice. Mix the yogurt with the quark, 3-4 tablespoons of cherry juice, the lemon juice, lemon zest, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Whisk together until completely combined. Sweeten to taste with more maple syrup, if necessary. Fold in the cherries, and divide into 4 glasses. Garnish with the fresh cherries, if you'd like, and serve.
