1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup Parmesan (grated)
2 tsps cracked Black pepper

Preparation steps

1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160 fan) | 350°F | gas 4 and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
2.
Rub the butter into the flour and stir in the Parmesan and black pepper.
3.
Knead gently until the mixture forms a smooth dough then roll out on a lightly floured surface to 5 mm thick. Use a cookie cutter to cut out circles and transfer them to the baking tray.
4.
Bake the biscuits for 12 - 15 minutes, turning the tray round halfway through. Transfer the biscuits to a wire rack and leave to cool.
