Preparation steps

Grease ramekins with butter. Preheat oven to 200°C (approximately 390°F).

Separate eggs. Peel and press garlic. Whip butter with egg yolks, garlic and nutmeg until fluffy. Then alternately stir in grated cheese, cream and crème fraîche. Then stiffly beat the egg whites and add flour. Season with a pinch of salt. Pour mixture into the ramekins and bake in oven until golden brown for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
