1 tsp thyme (chopped)
2 Tbsps lemon juice

Preparation steps

1.

In a pot, boil the vegetable broth. Stir in cream cheese, mascarpone and parmesan, mix and let everything cook, continuously stirring, until the cheese is dissolved.

2.

Add the thyme and let the sauce simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, nutmeg and cayenne pepper.
