400 grams grated Cheese (such as Parmesan, Sbrinz, Mountain Cheese, Gruyère)
1 bunch thyme (with flowers)

Preparation steps

1.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place small piles (about 5 cm wide) (approximately 2 inches) of cheese on it. Sprinkle wtih thyme, setting aside flowers, and bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) until cheese is lightl brown and melted. 

2.

Remove from oven and transfer onto a wire rack with a spatula. Sprinkle with thyme flowers and serve.
