Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse and trim the spinach, then drain well. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Beat the eggs with the parmesan cheese and the cream. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Slice the mozzarella. Sauté the spinach with the garlic in an ovenproof pan, and cook until all the liquid has evaporated. Pour the egg mixture over the spinach and top with the cheese slices and the ham. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
