Preparation steps

1.

Cut bun in half and spread with butter. Cover the bottom half with the cheese.

Rinse the bell peppers, slice off the tops, remove the seeds and cut into rings. Place the red bell peppers rings and watercress on top of the cheese. Place the top of the bun on top.
