Preparation steps

1.

Rinse celery root, peel and cut into cubes. Cook in boiling salted water for 20-25 minutes until soft. Then push through a ricer and allow to evaporate well.

2.

Stir in hot milk and butter cubes and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Serve the puree in small bowls and garnish with parsley.
