2 Tbsps Whole Grain Spelt Flour (about 20 grams)

1 Cutting board, 1 Peeler, 1 Small knife, 1 Mini food processor, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small pot (with lid), 1 Immersion blender, 1 Tablespoon

Preparation steps

Rinse carrot, peel and coarsely chop. Place the carrot and almonds in a food processor and finely chop.

Transfer carrot and almonds in a small pot, add carrot juice and bring to a boil.

Stir in spelt and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes. Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 2-3 minutes. If needed, add a little water. Purée with an immersion blender. Let cool slightly before serving.
