2 Tbsps grapeseed oil
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp Coriander
2 centiliters Orange liqueur
1 tsp freshly chopped cilantro
lemon juice

Preparation steps

Rinse and quarter the radicchio, make sure to leave the stem intact. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Cut one of the oranges into thin slices. Finely grate the zest and squeeze the juice from the second orange.

Heat the oil in a pan, and sauté the radicchio and onion for 5 minutes on low heat. Drizzle with the honey, and let caramelize slightly. Mix in the coriander seeds, orange juice, and orange liqueur. Cook another 2-3 minutes, then add the cilantro and season with lemon juice. Arrange the radicchio mixture on plates, garnish with the orange slices, and serve.
