1 Tbsp sunflower oil
½ tsp Fleur de sel

Preparation steps

Combine sugar with 100 ml (approximately 0.5 cup) of water in a pot and heat, stirring constantly. Add almonds and cook, stirring, for 8-10 minutes. Contunue cooking until almonds are coated with caramel and become golden brown. Remove from heat, drizzle with oil, stirring, and sprinkle with salt. Spread almonds on a lined with baking paper baking tray and leave to cool.

Keep in candy bags or jars, tightly closed. Serve as needed.
