200 grams whole, peeled almonds
100 grams sugar
¼ tsp Ground cinnamon
1 generous pinch Ground clove
1 generous pinch Ground allspice

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the almonds in a dry hot pan until golden brown. Add in half of the sugar, caramelize and add the remaining sugar over it. Distribute the caramel evenly until all the almonds are covered with it.

2.

Stir the almonds in spices, place the almonds on a lined baking sheet with baking paper baking tray and let cool. Break the well-cooled almonds apart and serve served in bowls or Christmas bags.
