4 Tomatoes
4 balls Mozzarella (450 grams or approximately 16 ounces)
100 grams Lettuce (such as green or red leaf lettuce)
chopped fresh oregano (for garnishing)

Preparation steps

1.

Cut the ciabatta in half.

2.

Rinse the tomatoes, remove stems and cut into slices.

3.

Cut the mozzarella into slices.

4.

Rinse the lettuce leaves, tear into small pieces and spread over half the ciabatta. Layer the tomatoes and mozzarella, then sprinkle with oregano. Place the other half of the bread on top and serve.
