2 large tomatoes
1 bunch Basil
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Preparation steps

Rinse and slice the tomatoes.

Drain and slice the mozzarella. Layer the mozzarella with the tomatoes on a plate.
