- Mozzarella with tomatoes
- 250 grams Mozzarella
- 2 large Tomatoes
- 1 bunch Basil
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Rinse and slice the tomatoes.

Drain and slice the mozzarella. Layer the mozzarella with the tomatoes on a plate.
3.
Drizzle with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season to taste with salt and pepper.

Remove the basil leaves from the stems, sprinkle over the plates, and serve.
