- 2 Zucchini
- 2 red onions
- 4 Bell pepper (yellow and red)
- 2 carrots
- 4 garlic cloves
- 5 sprigs thyme
- 2 Tbsps olive oil (for the pan)
- Sea salt

- 4 Camembert (each 120 grams)
Preparation steps

Rinse zucchini, trim and chop. Peel onions and cut into wedges. Rinse bell peppers, cut in half, trim and chop. Peel carrots and dice finely. Press garlic. Brush a baking sheet with oil, arrange all prepared vegetables on it and sprinkle with thyme. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven broiler and cook vegetables in the oven, watching carefully, and turning occasionally for about 15 minutes.

Place camembert put another oiled baking sheet and allow to heat up under the oven broiler, watching carefully, for about 5 minutes. To serve, cut open camembert on plates and serve with vegetables.
