- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 red chili pepper (cut into rings)
- 2 yellow Bell pepper (cut into strips)
- 2 Tbsps black Olives (pitted)
- 4 cups Squid ring
- 4 sprigs parsley (chopped)
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 1 bunch Arugula (torn into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 Radicchio (torn into bite-sized pieces)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the chilli. Add the peppers, olives, squid and parsley and fry for 2 to 3 min.
2.
Deglaze with the vinegar, season with salt and ground black pepper and arrange on plates along with the rocket and the radicchio.
