1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
1 red chili pepper (cut into rings)
2 yellow Bell pepper (cut into strips)
2 Tbsps black Olives (pitted)
4 cups Squid ring
4 sprigs parsley (chopped)
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 bunch Arugula (torn into bite-sized pieces)
1 Radicchio (torn into bite-sized pieces)

Preparation steps

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the chilli. Add the peppers, olives, squid and parsley and fry for 2 to 3 min.
