1 Apple
22 ozs Savoy cabbage (0.5 cabbage)
2 ozs Arugula
3 Tbsps Walnut oil
2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Mustard
salt
peppers
2 Tbsps hazelnut kernels
1 Cress

Preparation steps

1.

Hard boil eggs in boiling water for 7-10 minutes. Then rinse and leave to cool.

Meanwhile, wash the apple, quarter, core, and cut into pieces. Clean, wash and finely grate cabbage. Wash arugula, shake dry and cut into small pieces.

For the dressing, mix oil with apple cider vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix cabbage, apple, and arugula with the dressing.

4.

Peel eggs and cut into quarters. Coarsely chop nuts. Cut cress from the bed and sprinkle over the salad with the nuts. Top the cabbage salad with egg quarters.
