Allicin is not only responsible for the distinctive smell of garlic but also does good for the heart and blood vessels. It also has an antibacterial effect and is therefore used in naturopathy as a remedy for colds.

The butter board is perfect as a shared snack for a fun evening with girlfriends and friends. The butter provides a hearty base as an appetizer. For even healthier enjoyment, you can also make the butter yourself.
