500 grams Brussels sprouts
salt
2 small, sweet Apple (such as, Red Delicious)
2 Tbsps lemon juice
150 grams Cheese (block)
40 grams Walnut
2 Tbsps apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp Walnut oil
3 Tbsps olive oil
peppers
sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Remove the outer leaves of the sprouts, rinse and cut the stalk crosswise. Blanch for about 10 minutes in salted water.

2.

Rinse under cold water and drain. Rinse, quarter and de-core the apples. Chop into small cubes and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the cheese into equally sized cubes.

3.

Cut the sprouts in half and mix with coarsely ground walnuts, the apple and the pieces of cheese.

4.

Drizzle with apple cider vinegar, walnut and olive oil and season with salt, pepper and sugar.

Gently mix together and serve distributed on saucers.
