1 kilogram Roast turkey roll
2 Tbsps Ketchup
1 Tbsp Mustard
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp ground paprika
salt

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse turkey, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Put on a rotisserie. 

2.

Combine ketchup, mustard, oil and paprika. Peel and press garlic, then add to ketchup mixture. Rub onto turkey. 

3.

Turn on oven's broiler and grill turkey for 60 minutes, until golden brown, baste with marinade throughout. Remove turkey from the rotisserie, slice and serve.
