- 1 Broccoli (500 grams)
- 8 eggs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 3 Tbsps Canola oil
- 100 grams Gorgonzola

Preparation steps

Rinse the broccoli and divide up the individual florets. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. For cooking, use two pans or fry frittatas successively. Divide the canola oil into two pans and saute the broccoli for about 2 minutes. Pour half of the egg mixture over the broccoli in each pan, cover, and cook over low heat until the eggs set, about 5 minutes. Dice the cheese and sprinkle on the frittatas. Cover and allow the cheese to melt.

Cut the frittatas cut into pieces and serve, if desired, with wholemeal bread.
