Preparation steps
1.
Preheat a waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in one bowl. Beat together the vanilla, eggs, oil, and milk in a mixing jug.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients, taking care not to over-mix.
4.
Spray the surface of the iron with non-fat cooking spray. Cook the batter according to the instructions and let the waffles cool on a wire rack before serving.
