1 pinch dried, mixed Fresh herbs
1 generous pinch Red pepper flakes

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the fish fillet and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the flour and dredge in whisked egg. Mix together the breadcrumbs with herbs and pepper flakes, and dredge the fish in the breading.

Pour the oil into a hot frying pan and fry the fish 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon wedges.
