Preparation steps

1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking pan with parchment paper. Rinse and pat dry haddock steaks.
2.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Brush fish on both sides with oil mixture and place in baking pan.
3.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until fish starts to flake. Divide between plates. Garnish with chives, and fruit sections.
4.
For Mustard Cream Sauce:
5.
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a least 2 hours before serving.
6.
For Steamed Broccoli:
7.
Rinse broccoli and break into large florets. Trim ends and peel any thick skin off the stem. Quarter or halve the stem lengthwise.
8.
Bring 1-inch of water to a boil in a saucepan with a steamer. Add the broccoli, cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until you can pierce it with a fork.
9.
Transfer to a serving dish. Dress with butter, lemon juice (optional), salt and pepper.
