- 2 Red onions
- 4 slices Farmhouse bread
- 20 grams butter
- 300 grams ground pork (coarse)
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- salt
- peppers
- Cress (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Peel onion, cut in half and then into thin strips. Spread a thin layer of butter on bread slices. Mix ground pork with parsley and spread on bread slices. Season with salt and pepper and top with onions. Garnish with watercress.

Serve with gherkins if desired.
