2 Dried dates (pitted)
1 tsp Coconut oil
6 ozs Blueberries
10 ozs Almond milk (or soy or oat milk)
1 pinch cinnamon
2 tsps Shredded coconut
3 leaves fresh mint

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Cut dates in half.

2.

Put coconut oil with banana, dates, blueberries, almond milk, cinnamon and coconut flakes in a blender and puree everything at the highest setting until the desired consistency is achieved.

3.

Pour blueberry-coconut smoothie into 2 glasses and garnish with coconut flakes and mint.
