3 ½ ounces Currants (or any available fruit)
3 ½ ounces Blackberry
3 teaspoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons honey
21 ounces cold milk
3 scoops Vanilla ice cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the berries, pat dry.

Puree each type of berry with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, 7 ounces of milk, and 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream until a creamy shake has been produced.

Pour the smoothies into tall glasses and serve.
