2 kilograms mixed red Berry
1 kilogram Extra-gelling sugar (2:1 ratio)
1 packet Citric acid (5 g)

Preparation steps

Rinse the berries, drain thoroughly, and remove from the vine. Mix the berries with the jam sugar in a saucepan. Cover and set aside for 2 hours to infuse, until the mixture begins to produce liquid.

Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 3 minutes, then stir in the citric acid.

Fill the prepared screw-top jars to the brim with the hot jam. Seal tightly and turn upside down to cool for 5 minutes. Turn right side up and cool completely.
