- ¾ cup almonds
- 2 Tbsps dried Papaya (chopped)
- 2 Tbsps candied pineapple
- 2 Tbsps sunflower oil
- ground cinnamon
- 3 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Strawberries (hulled and chopped)
- 1 Passion fruit (halved)
- 1 Mango (pitted and scored)
- 1 ½ cups 2% milk (to serve)

Preparation steps
1.
Toss together the oats, raisins, almonds, papaya, pineapple, oil, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
2.
Preheat the grill to a moderate heat. Spread the granola mixture out on a large tray. Toast for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
3.
Spoon the yoghurt into bowls and top with the toasted granola. Serve with the fruit on top and the milk on the side.
