- 2 Tbsps raisins
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 125 milliliters Vegetable broth
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 tsps balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsps scallions

Preparation steps
1.
Soak raisins in warm water for about 15 minutes.

Trim bell peppers, rinse, remove seeds and cut into small cubes, then sauté in a large pan in olive oil for about 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add broth and drained raisins, cover and cook about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti until al dente in salted water.

Drain spaghetti. Mix with bell peppers and raisins. Arrange on warmed plates and serve sprinkled with chives.
