400 grams Beef fillet
1 onion
80 grams Pickle
4 Tbsps Caper
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
salt
4 tsps Sour cream

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the beef, pat dry, and remove any tendons or skin. Finely dice the beef. Peel the onion. Finely dice the onion and the pickles. Mix the onions, pickles, capers, and worcestershire sauce into the beef. Season to taste with salt. 

2.

Press the mixture into a 4 cm (approximately 1 1/2 inch) ring form. Repeat this process with the remaining plates. Top the tartare with 1 teaspoon of sour cream, and garnish with parsley. 

3.

Serve with white bread, or toast, if you'd like.
